Wine and Food

While there are some "rules" about matching wines with food, it is important to satisfy your own tastes first.


Reds are great to drink with heavier meals, while whites are better suited for items lighter on your palette.


Rosés and Sparkling Wines are best with a smaller assortment of foods than Reds or Whites, but are still good choices.
